Between our house sitting we love to book ourselves fun travel adventures and last week after taking care of Ziggi in Newtown we flew up to Cairns and joined Ian (whom we met when we previously house sat for him back in 2021 during our great escape from lock-downs in NSW).
Together we packed up all our equipment and supplies then drove up to Cooktown where we spent the night and then the next morning made our way to the remote Australian Kitesurfari.
We arrived just after midday as dictated by the tides and joined a convoy across the sand with some other kiters who had arrived from the Gold Coast.
A little remote paradise we spent the next 5 days kiting at least twice every day for around 2.5 hrs per session. Owners Ant and Paully were on hand to make sure our stay was both fun and safe and we enjoyed our shared love of kiting with all.
