I’m a bit late to the put out our year in review for 2022 but couldn’t resist sharing all these cute faces. Below are the pets we took care of all over the East Coast of Australia last year. We house sat all year long between our travels, taking care of five cats and ten dogs and our longest sit lasted 11 weeks, many of them pictured below with their owners consent.
We also took our first post covid adventures travelling to Antarctica, the Maldives (Sam), the Philippines and Fiji (both Ben) and we ended the year on a river cruise that started in Amsterdam and travelled through to Budapest.
It was a year of great highs and some awful lows. We missed out on some incredibly important events and lost some special people. We’ve started our 2023 house sitting adventures in Canada 🇨🇦 and we’re excited to be back to international sits. We have taken care of another 3 dogs so far this year and will head back to Australia next month to complete a repeat sit for one of the lovely cats above.
